2. Booking and Reservations
- All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us
- Payment terms and schedules will be provided with your booking confirmation
- Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- 30+ days before tour: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- 15-29 days before tour: 50% refund
- 7-14 days before tour: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Ensure you have valid travel documents and necessary visas
- Arrive on time for tour departures
- Follow instructions from tour guides for your safety
- Respect local customs, culture, and laws
- Provide accurate information when booking
5. Our Responsibilities
- Provide services as described in tour descriptions
- Ensure qualified, professional guides
- Maintain safe, well-maintained vehicles
- Provide support during tours
6. Limitation of Liability
GoGoAzerTravel is not liable for:
- Delays or cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions
- Third-party service provider failures
7. Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of GoGoAzerTravel and protected by copyright laws.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baku, Azerbaijan.
